I wanted more. Of course, I already knew there were more. I only got hit by the Twilight bug when I heard about the Twilight movie. I actually knew about Twilight before. But I was deeply in love with Draco Malfoy & Artemis Fowl to notice Edward Cullen. LOL. When I heard there was a movie adaptation, my heart skipped a beat. I'm always up for movies that are under the fantastical genre. But I had to read the books first before watching the movie. It's always advisable to read the books before watching the movie adaptation to get a better understanding on why they have to twist some plots & scenes...not to forget what's really gone on in the books.

As I read about Edward Cullen in Twilight, I fell for him instantly. My kind of guy. I can relate to him. So, I had to make sure I get New Moon, Eclipse & Breaking Dawn and read them all before the movie was shown. I wanted to know what happens before i saw the first book made into a movie.

I actually didn't read Twilight first. The first book i've ever read in the series is New Moon. So at first I was pretty confused of what was going on, lol. But as I read through it, i was like, wow that was a pretty good story. After New Moon I read Eclipse and THEN I read Twilight.

I found out about Twilight books in May 2008. Some freinds suggested them but I didn't read them. I thought the story about vampire must be stupid lol Then a movie came out. I wasn;t very interested in the movie as well. I thought I only will watch it if I will read the book which I may read and may not read. Then we have theatre plays in theatre which was very hard for me in emotional level, right after the plays so I needed some medicine to get away after the plays. So I choose Twilight.

I think I fell in love in the Twilight just after meadow scene. Till then it was ok, it just made me o read further. But after meadow I was hyper about Twilight lol I didn't plan to read New Moon but the next day after I read New Moon I run to boostore and bought the second book

After the first few chapters i was hooked i then went to read the others
i then reread them and found that when i read them the first time i missed alot
of things

My friend Kinsey talks to the bookstore workers. When Twilight hit the shelves, they recommended it to her, and she's been hooked ever since. I never really felt them worth bothering with. I love the supernatural, but I thought.. "Supernatural love story? C'mon!!"
Then I was at the movie theatre seeing the Dark Knight with a friend. The first preview I'd ever seen for the movie came on, and my friend and I were like, "Is this Twilight?"
Robert Pattinson came on screen, and I said, "If it is, I'm reading it. I love that man!"
(He's an excellent actor. I've seen most of his other work and ADORED it. He has very similar acting style to my own.)

Of course, it was, so I did, and I hated it, honestly. Like, neat story, terrible book. I'm sorry, that's just what I thought. But, as you know, my mother and I read them together, so I have a special passion for them because of her death.
And since I've been coming on Twilight forums, I've learned to love talking about it so much, I forget my initial hatred. Not to mention I loved the movie. I thought it was executed perfectly, made it into a better work of literature. ((please don't kill me!!))

My first reaction was that Bella wasn't going to last long as a human in Edward's world. Two and half more books is longer than I would have guessed.

When i first read Twilight, i was like FTW i want more...and i knew there was more, but the books weren't available yet in Lebanon.
and I watched the movie in the theaters for like 10 times, even though i had the DVD...but it's just an amazing movie, and story, u can never get enough of it...it's addictive.

My first thought was "What time the book store opens tomorrow? " I don't remember the other thought. I think I watched the movie straight away. I think I did it twice lol I was surprised at the emotions the book gave to me.

Since me and my friend Jane have read this book our life irrevocably has changed!))) I speak not only about Twilight . But also about others books by Stephenie Meyer. This is really great lovestory!
As you think, what exactly so involves us in this book?

I was screaming and going crazy. I went to go see the movie for the first time when I was at the climax of the book. I watched the movie, went home, finished the book, and the next day I went to see Twilight again in theaters. Then while I was at the mall, I bought New Moon. I finished NM in like two days and went to get Eclipse. I went through the books so fast. I was dying for more. I LOVED Eclipse and Twilight especially. I was so disappointed in BD. And NM was miserable.

umm my first reaction was OMG I knew I would love it! And then I grabbed NM and kept reading lol.
Second reaction was I have to see this film!
And after that, it was OMEC ROBBBBBBBB!!!

Why do I think it grabs us?? Well personally the characterisation got me. How even the supernatural mythical creatures seemed real and human and deep. And the way SM described everything, it felt like a real escape world.

I got a book voucher for my birthday last Dec and I went out and bought Twilight and from that point on I was never the same again. At first I thought that NM was the boring one of the series but I have since then re-read them all and now I can't decide which is my fave so yeah. But I did read the book before seeing the movie so I knew what was coming and just had to have the rest so you know I was hooked as of the 17th Dec last yr haha (sad that I know the date and everything I know)

i borrowed twilight from a friend and read it in like a week and OME the day i finished i literally like begged ( yes down on my knees pleading ) my parents to drive me an hour to the bookstore in JC ( bigger town ) and buy new moon ( it is the only paperback i own this was b4 i got the box set and i was like i HAVE to get it from the moment i finished it i was addicted and when i heard they were doing a movie on it i was like HOLY ESME MOTHER OF ALL CULLENS IM SEEING IT!!!!!! lol so ya that was one of my crazy obsessed fangirl moments lol

my firt reaction was that and i want more, after it i was so angry because in Hungary new moon came out in april 2009 in hungarian, so i decided to buy it in english and i felt realife because i going to read it soon
